Behind the Concept
J Dapper- Owner
A Las Vegas native, J Dapper began his career as a realtor in early 1998, focusing on residential properties. He later went on to commercial real estate and began development of retail and industrial properties in the Las Vegas valley. J Dapper has developed several successful, unique and decorative commercial centers since 2002. J had a passion for food and set a goal to bring Las Vegas MacShack. MacShack is a pasta restaurant that gives the guests the opportunity to be the chef. MacShack is real food, fast!
Frank Masi, Owner
Frank Masi has over a decade of experience running some of the most popular establishments in Las Vegas. As the General Manager of the Light Group, he oversaw the day-to-day operations of several upscale lounges and nightclubs within five star resorts. In 2010, he swapped Cristal for cheddar and began transforming the Mac Shack into a hot spot for Italian food lovers in search of a quick and customizable quality dining experience. Under his guidance, the little pasta shop that could was recognized with a 2013 ‘Best of Las Vegas’ award and now boasts two locations, with additional sites and franchise opportunities on the horizon. A savvy restaurateur, Masi attends to all facets of the Mac Shack, ensuring a family-friendly atmosphere that has guests coming back for seconds.
